We want to inform you that, starting from January 5, 2026, with the aim of enhancing security and ensuring compliance with applicable data protection standards, changes will be introduced to the available authentication methods for logging in to the Bank’s eBanking WEB application. These changes are being implemented in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law and the requirements for Strong Customer Authentication (SCA).
As part of these changes, the following authentication methods will no longer be available for logging in to the eBanking WEB application:
- Username / Password
- Username / Email / OTP
The following secure authentication methods will remain available, enabling safe and uninterrupted access to the application:
- Token / OTP
- QR code
- Username / Password / OTP
Login to the Bank’s mobile application remains unchanged.
